The Last Flush of Summer!

The long tradition of the Indian Summer in Little Venice tempts us to have a late Parish BBQ in the gardens of the Vicarage, 6 Park Place Villas W2. Tickets £6 (concessions £4) to include food and a drink must be bought before the event from the Parish Administrator or at Church. Tickets on the day will cost £25 (concessions £20). No fair weather BBQ Christians here, thank you!

Mount Kilimanjaro

Twelve hardy souls set out today on a week long quest to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in pursuit of personal growth and to raise money for St Saviour’s Redevelopment Fund. Please pray for them and the the “Kiliwags” who are left behind! We shall have an opportunity, early next year, to see photographs of the expedition and to hear stories of derring-do on a mountainside!

Fairtrade conference on 22nd January

Saturday 22nd January - A half day conference organised by the London Fairtrade Diocese Campaign to support London churches on their Fairtrade journey, led by Veronica Pasteur, Head of Campaigns, Fairtrade Foundation.

Chamber Music in Little Venice

Saturday 22nd January at 7.30pm - St Mary-on-Paddington Green Church

A Recital with Concert Pianist Olga Jegunova.  Programme to include music by: Beethoven, Mozart, Prokofiev and Schumann.

Tickets available at the door for £10 (£8 concessions) Free for children under the age of 12.

Money raised at the concert is in aid of St. Saviours School

Sunday School Leaders Training Session

Monday 7th February - A training session has been arranged for all those interested in the Mission to Children and Sunday school, whether you are already a leader or just thinking about getting involved. 

The session will take place at St Saviour's Church at 7pm (after 6.30 Mass).  For more information and booking enquiries go to The Diocese of London website

Lunch time recital with Maria Nemtsova

On Saturday 7th May, 2011. the 'Chamber Music in Little Venice' organisers are pleased to announce their latest concert "A lunch-time concert with Maria Nemtsova" which will be held at St Mary-on-Paddington Green Church, at 1.00pm.   There is no charge for this recital. However, a retiring collection will be made in aid of St Mary-on-Paddington Green Church.

Organ Recital by Jonathan Cunliffe

Jonathan Cunliffe will be giving an Organ Recital at St Stephen, Walbrook (in The City) on Friday 3rd June at 12.30pm.

There will be music by Bach, Franck, Durufle and Vierne.

Admission is FREE.  The nearest tube station is Bank.

Chamber Music in Little Venice - A Children's Concert

'Chamber Music in Little Venice'  would like to welcome you to their first education project, presenting "Piano Time" - a children's concert featuring Olga Jegunova and her piano class.

The concert will take place at St. Mary-on-Paddington Green Church, W2 1LG. on Saturday 18th June, at 1pm.

The Peoples Bible ~ Lovers, Poets, Sinners, Pilgrims : Public debates at St Paul's

If you would like to delve deeper into the bible, then this programme of talks and public debates maybe for you.  All debates take place from 6.30 - 8pm in St Paul's Cathedral and are free and unticketed.  All are welcome.  The dates are Tuesday : 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, 31st October and 8th November.
